Depotrans and the environment care

All water used for chemical washing is sent to an effluents treatment station, being totaly treated and re-used. After receiving the proper treatment, the water returns into the system and the residuos generated by the company is allocated into the incineration units, in accordance of environmental regulations, as established by CONAMA ( Federal ) and CETESB ( State ).

The company owns the CETESB's operational definitive license and we are coming towards to have the register close to the INMETRO, in accordance to the so-called Regulation 255, which give the guidelines for the cleaning stations functioning.

We are also collecting materials for recycling, such as: paper, stainless steel and aluminium;

In 2009 Depotrans will begin:

The ISO 14001:2007 implementation – Environmental Managing System in the attempt of identify, evaluate and treat the environmental aspects by developing a politic which takes into consideration the legal requirements as well as the whole organization’s awareness and commitment with the environment preservation.

The SASSMAQ implementation – Cleaning Station, displaying the organization’s commitment with the improvement of its performance as far as security, health, environmental and quality aspects are concerned, within the Isotanks cleaning and decontamination process
